Skimming over Artex

This property was built in 1992 and has hard, thick artex that had also had water damage in areas. Customer decided they would like a smooth flat finish so they gave us a call. First we scrapped the high spots off the artex coating, then coated with 2 coats of PVA. Then 2 coats of plaster to finish. We always polish the plaster at the end to get glass like finish which creates a stunning ceiling when painted.
